Allred represents seven female waitresses from an Atlantic City casino, who were reportedly fired for being too old and who were replaced by younger waitresses all donning a new dress code: sexy flapper.

The women say that although they were reluctantly willing to wear the flapper uniform when Resorts because decided to go with a roaring 20s theme, the casino fired and replaced them with younger women who were allegedly more able to attract young male customers.
